What products do you sell?

We specialise in high-quality, sustainable flooring products including doormats, runners and rugs. We offer 1,000s of products across a range of brands that have all been designed with practicality, style and durability in mind. View all of our products here.

How do I make an order?

To place an order you’ll need access to a trade account. If you already have an account, you can log in here. To apply for a trade account, please contact a member of our sales team who will be more than happy to get you set up and browsing our products.

Do you have a minimum order quantity?

No, we don’t have a minimum order quantity. All of our products are ordered in singles, providing you with the flexibility to purchase exactly what you need. Our minimum order value however is £350.

What is the value for carriage paid?

For UK Mainland, our carriage paid value is £350. If you are located elsewhere and wish to make a purchase, please contact us to discuss your options.

Do you dropship?

Yes, we can offer dropshipping options. Please get in touch to speak to a member of our team for more information.

Can I arrange a range review?

Yes, we’d be more than happy to arrange a range review with you. To book in a review, please contact your account manager. For new enquiries, please contact sales@phoenox.co.uk

Can you help me with best sellers?

Our best seller list is updated monthly to feature new and exciting products. Please contact your account manager for a review and more information. 

Can I have a call back to discuss your products?

We’d be more than happy to chat to you about our products! Please call us on 01484 863 227 or send us an email at sales@phoenox.co.uk with your name, business and phone number and a member of our team will be happy to give you a call back. 

An item is out of stock, do you offer back orders?

Yes, we can offer back orders however these are also subject to our minimum order value of £350.

Can you provide stands or extra stands – are they free of charge?

We can provide a stand package for you based on a stand fill order. For more information, please speak to your account manager who will be happy to assist you and find an option that suits your needs.

Do you offer high-res images?

Yes, we have high resolution images available alongside all EPOS data for products.

Can I list these products online?
